Mawashi to Convene General Assembly Meeting on April 15

Doha, March 25 (QNA) - Qatar Meat and Livestock Trading company (Mawashi) will convene its Annual Ordinary General Assembly Meeting on April 15 at the Diplomatic Club. At the meeting the company's Board of Directors will discuss its financial results, the external auditor's report for the year ended December 31 and also mull future plans, according to a Qatar Exchange bulletin Sunday. The other topics on the agenda include approval of the board's recommendation to distribute cash dividend of (30)% of the subscribed capital equivalent to QR 3 per share; absolving of the board members of their responsibility for the previous financial year that ended 31st December 2011, and determine their bonuses; discuss the corporate governance report for the year 2011 and appointing external auditors for the year 2012 and determine their remuneration.
