Maybank Wins Top Asia Recruitment Award

KUALA LUMPUR, May 27 (Bernama) -- Maybank won the Grand Winner Award for Best In House Corporate Recruitment at the Asia Recruitment Awards 2015 for Malaysia. In a statement Tuesday, Maybank (Malaysia's largest bank and financial group) said it captured six out of the 22 award categories. Maybank garnered gold for Best Employer Brand Development, Best Regional Recruitment Programme and Best Recruitment Innovation and silver in the Best Graduate Recruitment Programme, Best Use of Digital media and Best Candidate Experience categories. "The recognition we have received demonstrates that our people framework, policies and initiatives are on par with global practices," said Group Chief Human Capital Officer Nora Abd Manaf in the statement.
