Minister: 23 Thousand Billion Rials Allocated To Production Sector

Karaj, Alborz Prov., Sept 17, IRNA – Minister of Cooperative, Labor and Social Welfare announced recent allocation of 23 thousand billion rials to the production sector, adding that out of the figure 13 thousand billion rials is for the industry and mines sector and the remaining 10 thousand billion rials for the agriculture sector. Stressing that the president follows up economic and employment issues with a special outlook, Ali Rabiei said planning has been made to such an extent that 50% of banking facilities would go to the production and employment sectors. “Growth and development of the country passes through employment and production routes and these two subjects require special outlook.” He said the government has two plans for the employment of the youth in which 500 thousand new opportunities would be provided annually, adding that since the start of the current year, March 21, 300 thousand employment opportunities have been created in the country./end
