NAC role in fast-tracking economic growth in Bahrain lauded

Manama, Feb. 14 (BNA): Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI) extended heartfelt congratulations to the Bahraini leadership and people on the 15th anniversary of the National Action Charter (NAC). BCCI Board Chairman Khalid Al-Moayed lauded Bahrain's achievements thanks to the charter-based civilisational, development and reform projects. He also paid tribute to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa for his modernisation vision, stressing Bahrain's constant development steps thanks to HM the King's wisdom. He took pride in the kingdom's accomplishments since the charter was voted for by a sweeping majority of the Bahraini population. The BCCI Board Chairman commended the concerted national development efforts and cohesion between the leadership and people, pointing out that the charter reflects the leadership's resolve to continue the march of development and boost citizens' welfare. He said Bahrain has witnessed radical changes since the inauguration of the charter which were brought about by the reform approach of HM the King in various fields. He also praised the charter's role in promoting parliamentary, popular partnership, interaction with the legislative branch, judicial independence, separation between the three branches and political and economic awareness. He also commended the key role of the government led by His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa in boosting citizens' welfare and fast-tracking economic growth.
