Oil Minister Meets Korean Ambassador To Baghdad

BAGHDAD / NINA / Oil Minister, Adel Abdul-Mahdi confirmed the importance of expanding joint work with Korea and to provide all prospects of cooperation, particularly in the fields of energy and oil and gas. A statement for the Ministry of Oil said, "Abdul-Mahdi met the Korean Ambassador to Iraq Joe Jung Won and his accompanying delegation, and discussed with him bilateral relations and ways of developing them in various fields." For his part, the Korean Ambassador confirmed that "his country is working to raise the level of mutual cooperation between the two countries in the economic field." / end
