Over $8.6m Worth Commodities Exported From Maragheh

Maragheh, East Azarbaijan Prov, July 14, IRNA – Some 17,798 tons of commodities, worth $8.671 million, were exported from Maragheh in this northwestern province during the first quarter of current Iranian calendar year (started March 21, 2013), it was announced here Sunday. Managing director of provincial customs office Heidar Jalalzadeh said the goods were mainly exported to Iraq, Armenia, Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Australia, Afghanistan, UAE, Tajikistan, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Belgium, Saudi Arabia, Georgia, Kuwait and Kyrgyzstan. Glass, mirror, sodium carbonate, fertilizer, heater, raisins, dates and fruit juice were among major exported items, he added./end
