President: Inflation Rate In Iran Stands At 26.1 Percent Now

Tehran, Dec 23, IRNA – President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said on Saturday that inflation rate now stands at 26.1 percent. Speaking to the IRIB Channel I live on Saturday night, Ahmadinejad said inflation rate rose to 20.9 percent in 2011-12 from 12.8 percent in 2010-11, showing 8.1 percent increase./end
