Presidents of Russia, Algeria confirmed mood for OPEC+, coronavirus control coordination

MOSCOW, July 13. /TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin and President of Algeria Abdelmadjid Tebboune affirmed the mindset towards strengthening of the strategic partnership, specifically within the OPEC+ oil production reduction deal framework and in coronavirus control, the Kremlin’s press service said on Monday after the telephone conversation of leaders. "The mutual mood was confirmed for further strengthening of the Russian-Algerian strategic partnership in different areas, including the coordination on the global oil market in the context of implementation of the OPEC+ agreement, and interaction in the coronavirus pandemic control," the press service said. The President of Algeria also "congratulated the Russian President and the Russian nation with the successful voting on approval of amendments to the Constitution of the Russian Federation" in the telephone conversation. The heads of states agreed to continue Russian-Algerian contacts at different levels, the press service added. Read more
