Tehran, May 7, IRNA – Visiting Tajik Minister of Transportation and Communications Nizam Hakim Oaf conferred on Sunday with his Iranian counterpart Ali Nikzad on construction of new rail track connecting Iran, China, Afghanistan and Tajikistan.
