Russia and North Korea signed a protocol on cooperation in transport, education, and science following a meeting of the bilateral intergovernmental commission on trade, economic and scientific and technical cooperation, which was held in Pyongyang on March 21-22. According to the Russian embassy in North Korea, the document regulates the interaction of countries in the field of transport, agriculture, environmental protection, science, education, and other spheres.
