BEIJING, September 3. /TASS/. Russia and Venezuela may coordinate efforts to "encourage upward dynamics of oil prices", Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov told journalists on Thursday, without specifying what measures the two countries might take. Speaking about Thursday’s talks between Russian President Vladimir Putin and Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro, Peskov said "both sides noted that such unstable oil prices were not in the interest of the two nations and that the countries should certainly take action in terms of coordination to encourage upward dynamics in oil prices".
