Russian Companies Welcome In Iran Market: Envoy

Tehran, March 19, IRNA – Russian companies are welcomed in Iranian market, Iranian ambassador in Moscow Mehdi Sanaee said on Wednesday. He made the remarks in a meeting with chairperson of the regional government of Astrakhan Konstantin Markelov. ˈIran is ready to cooperate with Astrakhan regional government in all fields, especially in agriculture and maintenance of the historical monuments.ˈ The chairperson of the regional government of Astrakhan said for his part that the industrial province of Russia welcomes the presence of Iranian companies. ˈAstrakhan region enjoys good potentials to enhance industrial cooperation between Iran and Russia.ˈ Meanwhile, the ambassador said that Astrakhan has been designated the venue of next summit of the heads of state of the Caspian littoral states scheduled to be held mid 2014 indicating industrial capacity of the Russian province./end
