Russian minister optimistic with prospects for economic cooperation with DPRK, South Korea SEOUL, November 28. /TASS/. Russian Minister for the Far East Development Alexander Galushko on Friday expressed optimism with prospects for economic cooperation with the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea and South Korea.
