Seminar On Iranˈs Commercial Potential, Opportunities Held In Italy

Rome, April 5, IRNA – Seminar focusing on Iranˈs commercial potential and opportunities was held in Asti, north Italy, on Thursday. The Italy-Iran Chamber of Commerce and Industry held the event following sanctions relief in cooperation with Banca Monte dei Paschi and the Italian Union of Industries to help promote commercial ties between the two countries. During the event, Secretary General of Italy-Iran Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Pier Luigi dˈAgata, dealt with Iranˈs commercial opportunities following the Geneva Accord in 2013 and the sanctions relief. Meanwhile, Head of Italian Union of Industries, Paula Malabalia, said that exports are the best answer to the current economic crisis under the current difficult conditions. ˈWe intend to support initiatives pertaining to promote information dissemination activities on international markets,ˈ she added. Pier Luigi dˈAgata has earlier stressed Italian commercial and industrial companiesˈ interest in cooperation with their Iranian counterparts. Like Italy, Iran boasts of the small- and medium-sized companies which can work with the Iranian businessmen and entrepreneurs because they enjoy flexibility.
