SET in the City 2017 to be held March 23-26

BANGKOK, March 3 (TNA) - The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) will join forces with allied capital markets in organising the SET in the City 2017, the 12th of its kind, in Bangkok during March 23-26. SET President Kesara Manchusree told journalists this year's four-day event, themed "Sees Every Opportunity, Have Access to Every Investment", will be held at the Royal Paragon Hall of Siam Paragon upscaled shopping mall in the capital. Kesara said the upcoming event is aimed to provide the Thai people with access to investment data with fast and convenient channels, as well as to help support their proper understanding of investment choices for their efficient financial planning in the future. Besides, advance technologies for easy investment will be on display, including the new version of the SETTRADE Streaming, stock scanning tools and other applications and investment programmes on smart phones, developed by FinTech Company. According to the SET president, other highlights of the upcoming event include seminars and workshops on financial planning and investment, in which over 100 relevant parties will participate. (TNA)
