Slovenia Calls For Expansion Of Economic Co-op With Iran

Tehran, April 21, IRNA – New Slovenian National Assembly Speaker Janko Veber on Saturday called for expansion of economic cooperation with Iran. He made the remarks in a meeting with Iranˈs Ambassador to Slovenia Mohammad Rahim Aghai-pour. Expressing satisfaction with expansion of cooperation between the two sidesˈ chambers of commerce, he called for promotion of economic cooperation between the two countries. He also thanked Iranˈs Majlis Speaker Ali Larijani for his congratulatory message and welcomed promotion of economic cooperation between Iran and Slovenia. Expansion of parliamentary cooperation between the two sides are in line with the activities of the Iran-Slovenia parliamentary friendship groups, he said./end
