Almaty, March 04, 2010 (Khabar) - This has been declared by Executive Secretary of the Ministry of Finance, Natalya Korzhova during a meeting with employees of the tobacco companies in the Almaty region. She believes that civil servants should have regular and close contact with society for the successful implementation of tasks set by the President in his Address. It is ordinary citizens and businesses will implement the initiatives made by the head of state.

Natalya Korzhova, Executive Secretary of the Ministry of Finance of RK:
- Our people are educated, read everything in details, everyone knows what concerns him personally, his family and work. But people have a lot of questions, people want to receive detailed explanations. To do this, we go to the companies and meet with personnel, to the budget organizations and agricultural producers. We go to our working citizens, as well as meet with unemployed people, we go now in those working groups that want to have feedback from the community. It is very important to answer questions, describe and explain the details and it is very important for people to make correct conclusions, and people do this. This is seen in their questions.

According to Natalya Korzhova, now ordinary citizens are interested in lending, the implementation of own business projects, products of financial institutions and banks. Entrepreneurs are also interested in the reduction of administrative barriers, the amendments to the tax and customs legislation, ask more information on the mechanisms and rules of government procurement etc. Executive Secretary of the Ministry of Finance considers that public servants must often travel to the regions, interact with people and convey the wishes and recommendations of ordinary citizens to line ministries. After all, constant communication between the government and society is necessary for the successful implementation of initiatives of the President and people need to explain the details of message, Natalya Korzhova says.
