GORKI, March 18. /TASS/. Strategy of Russia’s fuel energy complex development should include cabinet measures on improving the investment climate, Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev said Wednesday during the meeting on National Energy Strategy until 2035. "A consistent system of government action to improve the investment climate in the energy sector should be included in the Strategy. The Russian business, foreign investors and foreign consumers should be given clear guidance on the way the tax and customs regimes, tariff and pricing policy would form," the Prime Minister said. According to him, all these measures are aimed at making the energy markets more open, transparent, and competitive, as well as more efficient and attractive for long-term investment. Read more
