Thai tourism keeps expanding

BANGKOK, November 1 (TNA) - The Thai tourism has been growing, as international tourists have continually arrived in the country though the number of Thai tourists remains low during the ongoing mourning period for late His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej. Tourism and Sports Minister Kobkarn Wattanavrangkura told journalists of the sound domestic tourism prospect on Tuesday, after the Cabinet's weekly meeting earlier in the day. The minister acknowledged, however, that the amount of spending by tourists has slightly dropped during this mourning period for the late and beloved Thai monarch. (TNA)
