Thailand Int'l Motor Expo 2014 kicks off

NONTHABURI, THAILAND, November 28 (TNA) - As this year's Thailand International Motor Expo, the 31st annual event of its kind, is organised from November 29-December 10, 2014, its organiser expects that overall sale volumes of the 12-day event should reach at least 50,000 units. Kwanchai Papatpong, head of the event's organising committee, made the assessment on Friday, expressing his confidence that the International Motor Expo 2014 should, thus, help stimulate the domestic auto market in the final quarter of this year, following its slowdown over the past months. Kwanchai told journalists that he also expects all 41 participating auto camps will introduce their latest models and launch their new campaigns to boost their sales. The 31st Thailand International Motor Expo, set to be held at the IMPACT Trade and Exhibition Centre in Muang Thong Thani on the outskirts of Bangkok, started with its media session on November 28.
