Trade balance doubles

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ As of June 15, Mongolia’s foreign trade turnover totaled USD 3.2 billion. The turnover stood at USD 3.5 billion at the same time of the previous year. Since the beginning of this year, Mongolia’s exports amounted to USD 1.9 billion, which equals to that of the last year. Imports reached USD 1.3 billion, showing decrease of USD 300 million compared to the same period of 2015. Trade balance doubled against last year’s same period, reaching USD 610 million, reports the General Department of Taxation and Customs.
