Trade relations between Mongolia and UK discussed

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ On March 31, Minister of Foreign Affairs Ts.Munkh-Orgil received Mark Garnier MP, Parliamentary Under Secretary of State at the Department for International Trade, who leads on high value export and investment campaigns in these sectors: financial services, advanced manufacturing and aerospace, automotive, bio-economy, consumer, creative and education. The dignitaries exchanged views on bilateral ties and trade and economic cooperation of Mongolia and the United Kingdom. At the meeting, Mongolian Foreign Minister and the UK's International Trade Minister discussed the current situation of trade and economic cooperation of the two nations as well as possibilities to increase investment and other issues. Mark Garnier, who was on a visit to Mongolia, met with representatives from the Ministry of Road and Transport Development, Mongolian Stock Exchange, Erdenes Mongol LLC and Ulaanbaatar BUK JSC to get acquainted with their activities.
