Turkey increases gas purchase from Azerbaijan

Baku, August 28, AZERTAC Azerbaijan's share in Turkey's natural gas imports reached 15.93 percent, Turkish Energy Market Regulatory Authority (EPDK) reported. Turkey imported 575.05 million cubic meters of natural gas from Azerbaijan in June, 2017, as compared to 519.14 million cubic meters imported in June 2016. Azerbaijan supplied 595,09 million cubic meters of natural gas to Turkey in May 2017. Overall, 3 billion 343.71 million cubic meters of natural gas was exported from Azerbaijan to Turkey in January-June, 2017.
