Turkey Minister, Fars Governor-General Confer

Shiraz, May 25, IRNA – Turkeyˈs Minister of Food, Agriculture and Livestock Mohamed Mehdi Eker and Fars province Governor General Hossein Sadeq Abedin discussed issues of mutual interest here on Friday. Eker told reporters that referring to great potentials of Fars province in different fields, including agriculture, his country is interested to develop bilateral relations with the province. He added that a joint committee has been established to consider ways of bilateral cooperation in agricultural fields. Governor General Abedin said that the Turkish minister was briefed on existing potentials of the province. He expressed hope that the province and neighboring country of Turkey cooperate extensively in many fields./end
