Turkish Central Bank governor says fluctuation not so big

ISTANBUL (A.A) - November 26, 2011 - Turkish Central Bank governor said on Saturday that fluctuation in foreign currency was not so big in Turkey when compared with other countries. Erdem Basci delivered a speech at a conference on financial stability in inflation targeting in Istanbul and informed participants on monetary policy implemented by the bank. Basci said they were going well in inflation targeting. European countries have been dealing with big economic problems, he said, adding that Turkish currency was in good condition when it was compared with other currencies.
