Kyzylorda, April 18, 2009 (Khabar) - Villagers of Kyzylorda region prepared for sowing campaign beforehand. Though they prepared beforehand, they lack funds. Majilis deputy Aitkul Samakova is surprised as bankers in Astana say they give loans in villages actively but it turned out not all farmers receive them. Spring sowing campaign began in Kyzylorda region and specialists warn about possible deficit of water. Villagers say they are ready to contradict this.
Sabit Kaltaeyv, head of farm:
- We bought about 1000 ton of fertilizers and we have enough fuel. Having into account lack of water we dag the canal of 5 km and prepared water pumps.
Farmers grow several sorts of rice and process it at the local plant. The state set up an additional preferential loan for the development of agro industrial complex. But this doesn’t solve all the problems.
Aitkul Samakova, Majilis deputy of Parliament of RK:
- The main problem for them is to receive a loan. Though in the government the bankers report saying they have money and farmers can receive it any time. But the farmers have no necessary deposit, pledge.
Aitkul Samakova promised the deputies will propose this issue for the government’s discussion. Two schools are built in Zhalagash district according to the program “100 schools, 100 hospitals”. Recently a new educational institution was opened in one of most remote villages, Myrzabai. Administration of Karmakshi district signed memorandum with 25 enterprises to solve the problem of unemployment. And nobody lost the job due to the signing of this memorandum. Special working group was founded that will elaborate the project “Everything for Future”.

- It is supposed that every family in framework of this program will receive information about recommended family types of business, necessary specialties, various situations and how to behave in different situations.
Talented youth learns ancients Kazakh art in Zhyrau House of Koshenei Rustembekuly. Deputies also visited home of Khamida Aisauytova who has 9 children, 16 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Hero-mother says she is confident in future of her children and is glad with state care of her many children.
