The conference is a part of foreign cooperation after establishment of the General Office for Veterinary Services,” said Mr. B.Batsukh, Head in charge of Sanitary and Certification at the General Office for Veterinary Services. The participants noted that one of the main reasons for the spread of infectious animal diseases is related to the irresponsibility of herders and that the regional cooperation is important in combating transboundary infectious diseases.
