Founder of Wildberries: Entrepreneurial spirit is developed in Kyrgyzstan

Bishkek, June 23, 2023. / Kabar/. The spirit of entrepreneurship is very developed in Kyrgyzstan, founder of the Wildberries trading platform Tatyana Bokalchuk told during the International Forum "E-COMKG 2023" in Bishkek.

According to her, the export of goods from Kyrgyzstan to the Wildberries marketplace for 4 months of this year was two and a half times higher than for the whole of 2022.

“Despite the fact that e-commerce came to Kyrgyzstan relatively recently, the entrepreneurs of this wonderful country have long been investing their hard work in the development of e-commerce throughout the EAEU, including Russia. We see how you are developing with us, the growth of exports of Kyrgyz goods on our marketplace in the first four months of this year exceeded the turnover of the entire last year by more than two. And you are at such an interesting stage when you no longer want to wholesale and go to marketplaces with your products. You want to develop, be creative. And during these two days in your wonderful country, I made so many acquaintances that I really feel how close you are to us in spirit, that entrepreneurship is in your blood. Because we have not seen in any other country that the entrepreneurial spirit was so strong from a simple person to the prime minister,” said Bokalchuk, wishing everyone well and peace.

More than 100 exhibition expositions of manufacturers of light industry, consumer goods of the Kyrgyz Republic, representatives of logistics and other companies related to the e-Com market are presented within the framework of the forum.
