“11 11” center reports

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The “11 11” center at the Cabinet for Reforms received requests, complaints and critics concerning health, employment, state registration and social welfare issues from 1,250 people on June 12-20. Most of them touched the eight percent-interest mortgage loan. One citizen complained that he/she is not able to take the mortgage loan because he/she has taken the 24 percent-interest mortgage from the Khan Bank before. In addition, those people who took mortgage loan for apartments with above 80 square meters are not allowed to take the eight percent-interest loan. During the “30 minutes of Prime Minister” meeting held last Thursday with media, the Premier said that it is possible to tackle the above problems by amending the rule of the mortgage loan.
