“11 11” center reports

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ From September 26 to October 3, the "11 11" center at the cabinet for reforms received 1,019 messages from people on opinions, requests, gratitude and complaints. These messages mainly focused on health, education, social insurance, social care and public registration and the city issues. Most of the complaints were poor quality of hospitals in the city and provinces, and bureaucracy of these medical organizations. A specific complaint has been addressed to the National Center of Traumatology and Rehabilitation, and patients stressed that the hospital got back them although there was no queue. The Minister of Health has issued an order to register every case of such burden at hospitals, the center replied. However, letters of gratitude have been delivered to some medical doctors. Some parents from Most soum, Khovd province complained about lack of kindergartens foe children due to incomplete of a kindergarten building in the soum. The Ministry of Education and Science confirmed that it has tackled a financing for the kindergarten's construction, thus it will inspect the construction works on the spot within this week. Regarding issues related to the capital city, the center received 464 requests and complaints, mostly focusing on the city's central heating, and ongoing constructions in the public areas.
