“Monologue” to go on screen at Istanbul festival

TEHRAN,Nov.9(MNA) – The 25th Istanbul International Short Film Festival will be screening the Iranian movie “Monologue”. Directed by Kaveh Qahreman, the film is about a woman who talks to herself while standing in front of a mirror. Established in 1988, the festival is supported by many foreign consulates and cultural attachés among which the French Cultural Center and the Italian Cultural Center play the key roles. The festival will be held from November 20 to 27.
