"11 11" Center reports

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ This week, the "11 11" center has acknowledged some 900 complaints, mostly on schools collecting money from the children, long line-ups at hospitals and the Zamyn-Uud customs, and a lack of street lights in the capital city. People are not happy with fund collections of schools and kindergartens from children for maintenance and repairs of their buildings. Some complaints are about poor quality services of hospitals in the city and provinces, formality of medical staffs, and long queues to doctor's offices. The Ministry of Health responded that a physician can examine a certain number of patients a day and the medics are observing their workload norms. The Ministry also adds that they are working on to reduce the encumbrance and waiting at clinics. The capital city residents complained about insufficient numbers of the public transportation vehicles, inadequate heating in apartments, slow-going road repairs, power-cuts, and lack of street lights. The chauffeurs waiting the long line-ups at the Zamyn-Uud customs have approached to the Center, in hope to find a solution to their problem. However their issue has not addressed yet.
