16 Tons Illicit Drugs Confiscated In Northern Khorassan Razavi Prov.

Mashhad, Khorassan Razavi Prov., March 18, IRNA – Police Commander in northern Khorassan Razavi Province Bahman Amiri Moqaddam said on Sunday that 16 tons of drugs have been confiscated in the province since March 21, 2012. Amiri Moqaddam said 14 tons of the illicit drugs were seized across the province and another two tons on border areas during 157 operations. He said more than 900 addicts were rounded up and delivered to rehabilitation centers./end
