195kg Narcotics Seized From Drug Traffickers In Northwestern Iran

Ardebil, Aug 17, IRNA -- Some 195 kilograms of narcotics have been seized by border guards of Parsabad Moghan in northwestern parts of the country, a provincial police commander announced. Colonel Ardeshir Javanshir told IRNA that a drug trafficking cell in charge of supplying and dealing hashish was dismantled during heavy clashes with border guards in Parsabad Moghan. Parsabad Moghan is located in northwestern part of Ardebil province and in the zero border zone between Iran and the Republic of Azerbaijan./end
