196,198 enter Bahrain on June 23-29

Manama, June 30 (BNA): The Nationality, Passports & Residence Affairs (NPRA) on Thursday said 196,198 people had entered the Kingdom of Bahrain on June 23-29 According to NPRA's weekly statistic, 164982 arrived from Saudi Arabia and other Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries via King Fahad Causeway, 30,875 through Bahrain International Airport and 341 through ports. The 25-kilometre long King Fahad Causeway, the terrestrial link between Bahrain and Saudi Arabia, was opened on November 26, 1986. It has been used by millions of travelers and vehicles, making it one of the busiest traffic areas in the Arab world.
