2 Tons Of Drugs Seized In Sistan-Balouchestan Prov.

Zahedan, Sistan-Balouchestan Prov., Nov 5, IRNA – Deputy Police Chief in Sistan-Balouchestan Province Colonel Ebrahim Ghorbanzadeh said on Sunday that more than two tons of opium and morphine were confiscated in this southeastern Iranian province recently. Colonel Ghorbanzadeh said the bulk of drugs were seized in an operation in Kouh-Sefid region. He said the drug traffickers will soon be arrested and jailed./end
