400+ Iranian Literary, Cultural Books Presented At Baku Book Fair

Baku, Sept 23, IRNA -- More than 400 different Iranian literary, cultural, artistic, and historical books will be presented at the 3rd Baku International Book Fair, to be held from September 23rd to 25th. Cultural Attaché of the Iranian Embassy in Baku Ebrahim Nouri told the IRNA correspondent in Baku on Sunday that the books presented at this exhibition have been selected aimed at introducing the art and culture of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the top works in contemporary Iranian literature and history. This is also an opportunity in which we have tried to present different books reflecting the Iranian tourism attractions and the different potentials of the various Iranian provinces in Persian, Azeri, Russian, English and Arabic languages, Nouri said. The 3rd Baku International Book Fair will be held in Azerbaijan on September 23-25, 2013. The fair is organized by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Azerbaijan and is held on the 90th birthday of Heydar Aliyev, the nationwide leader of Azerbaijan. The fair stands and equipments are free of charge for participants and the organizers provide assistance for the booking of hotels, travel, meals and accommodation expenses of the participants.
