59 Indonesian Illegal Immigrants Sent Home

ALOR SETAR, (Kedah, Malaysia) April 28 (Bernama) -- Fifty-nine Indonesian illegal immigrants were deported to their home country via Port of Pasir Gudang, Johor, at noon Monday. Kedah Immigration Department director, Mohamad Yusri Hashim, said the Indonesian citizens deported comprised 36 men and 23 women, aged between 18 and 53 years. All the foreign nationals were deported after serving their sentences, ranging from one to three months at the Alor Setar, Pokok Sena and Sungai Petani prisons, he said in a statement here Monday. -- BERNAMA
