African Union chairman arrives in Moscow for V-Day celebrations

MOSCOW, May 8. /TASS/. Chairman of the African Union uniting 54 countries of the continent, Zimbabwe’s President Robert Mugabe has arrived in Moscow to take part in the celebrations to mark the 70th anniversary of the Victory over Nazism. According to the presidential spokesman, the world’s oldest leader "feels good and is ready for a trip." Mugabe turned 91 in February. The Zimbabwean president also presides over the Southern African Development Community. Read more
