Al-Raya: Qatar Continues Its Development Projects

Doha, August 18 (QNA) - Qatari newspaper Al-Raya underlined that the State of Qatar continues to expand its infrastructure projects in line with the rapid growth at all levels despite the unjust siege. By the end of 2018, Qatar will complete all infrastructure projects serving 1303 new housing lands for citizens within the infrastructure projects implemented by the Public Works Authority (Ashghal) to serve 10,400 plots of land allotted to citizens for homes at 13 locations across the country, Al-Raya noted. Despite the siege, the State of Qatar is going on with its projects and is State is focusing its efforts on projects that provide better lives and all facilities to the citizens, the paper said, adding that the State attaches great importance to the provision of land allocated to the residential areas for citizens, and spares no effort to provide these lands with the highest facilities in accordance with the highest standards, achieving welfare to the citizens despite all the challenges and encouraging them to build in new areas. Qatar is now entering a new phase of development, modernization and mega development projects that require a modern and integrated infrastructure capable of absorbing such huge projects in line with Qatar National Vision 2030 which is based primarily on upgrading infrastructure projects to create future cities that ensure the highest standards of luxury and quality, Al-Raya said.
