Al-Sharq Praises Qatar's Provision of Aid to Countries without Any Strings

Doha, June 08 (QNA) - In its editorial on Friday, Al-Sharq highlighted that the State of Qatar offers assistance to brotherly and friendly countries without agenda, while the siege countries do not believe in providing aid without agenda, and this is their policy everywhere. The newspaper said that the siege countries did not only defamed the State of Qatar and promoted false allegations against it but they played a role that most evil organization ashamed of doing, which is imposing restrictions on the Palestinians, especially in the besieged Gaza Strip. It added that it is sad and regrettable that the siege countries are exploiting their attacks against Doha to instruct the authorities of the Israeli entity to reject the entry of Qatari aid to Gaza and incite against Qatar, claiming that this aid strengthens the control of Hamas on the Gaza Strip. This is something that the occupation authorities have been ashamed of practicing as they allow the entry of Qatari aid through their corridors, it said. The newspaper pointed out that the siege countries do not believe in providing aid without agenda and because this is their policy everywhere they expect that Doha should follow this approach, which is contrary to the human values and the principles of Arab relations and what the Arabs chosen towards the besieged Palestinian people in his country. It explained that if a country such as the UAE provides conditional aid in Yemen, the results of its interventions are clearly visible through successive demonstrations by the Yemenis against the UAE presence rejecting its funds and assistance. This is the same position taken by the Palestinians towards the UAE intervention in Palestine where it plays a suspicious role to buy Palestinian houses in Jerusalem in favor of the Israeli entity and is making malicious attempts to install Mohammed Dahlan to succeed the Palestinian Authority president using the weapons of aid, a policy rejected by Qatar. Concluding its editorial, Al-Sharq praised the Qatari diplomacy, which has not had agenda throughout its history, either in Lebanon or in Sudan or in its involvement in the reconstruction of Gaza, as acknowledged by Palestinians of all affiliations.
