Al-Watan Hails Qatar's Efforts to Strengthen International Strategic Cooperation in Security Issues

Doha, August 09 (QNA) - Qatari newspaper Al-Watan praised Qatar's efforts in all fields based on sound strategic planning and followed by a distinct approach to policy enforcement to achieve the desired goals.
The newspaper said that this vision reflects the steadfastness of the State of Qatar's positions and its success in establishing an integrated system of regional and international relations based on mutual trust and a firm desire to exchange benefits and interests within the framework of respect for sovereignty and independence.
The paper noted the international appreciations for Qatar's efforts and its deliberate policies, stressing that the renewed Qatari stances reflect Doha's commitment to providing outstanding initiatives, enhancing international commitment to peace and security and strengthening strategic partnership that will consolidate regional and international stability.
The daily also noted the importance of the visit payed on Tuesday by HE Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Defense Affairs Dr. Khalid bin Mohammed Al Attiyah to NATO's 'Butmir Camp' in the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina, where he met with a number of the camp officials and discussed with them the aspects of joint cooperation and ways to strengthen and develop them.
The paper explained that the cooperation that the State of Qatar has embarked upon with the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) reflects the importance of Doha's choices for security and defense issues, enhances its vision for regional and international stability and enhances international peace and security.
