American Ambassador Visits KATARA

Doha, December 28 (QNA) - The US Ambassador to Qatar Dana Shell Smith on Sunday visited the Cultural Village (KATARA). Accompanied by KATARA's Manager-General Dr. Khalid Ibrahim Al-Sulaiti, Ambassador Smith took a tour in the corridors of the cultural village, during which she was briefed on KATARA's different features and facilities. US Ambassador was impressed with KATARA's architecture and with the variety of cultural events hosted in it. Dr. Khalid Ibrahim Al-Sulaiti said that KATARA's strategy, which stems from Qatar National Vision 2030, is to activate the cultural work and take it to the international level, while maintaining the elements of national identity.
