AMERICAN MANAGERS CONDUCTING TRAINING FOR MUSEUM SPECIALISTS

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Institute for the Study of Mongolian Dinosaurs (ISMD) launched Moveable Dinosaur Museum, a scientific and cognitive program, in 2015 and organized trainings to reach all aimags and soums in Mongolia. Within this program, Russell Taragan, manager of tour guides and explainers at the American Museum of Natural History and Gabriel Santos, collections manager at the Raymond M. Alf Museum of Paleontology are working in Mongolia. They are conducting trainings for museum specialists in Ulaanbaatar under the themes: "21st century museum", "Community of scientists, artists, education staff and learners”, "Inclusive reality" and "Creating an adventurous museum using technology” at the National Museum of Mongolia and sharing experiences.
