Araqchi to visit Amano in Vienna on Tuesday

Tehran, Feb 19, IRNA – Deputy Foreign Minister for Legal and International Affairs and head of Iran's nuclear negotiating team Abbas Araqchi is to meet IAEA Director General Yukiya Amano on Tuesday. The meeting will take place after nuclear talks in Geneva with representatives of US and G5+1. In Vienna, Araqchi is to discuss continued cooperation with IAEA to resolve the remaining issues of the past. Iran and the UN nuclear agency will explore the way to resolve the outstanding issues about Iranian nuclear program that the Islamic Republic of Iran has no weapons program. Araqchi and his colleague Takhte Ravanchi are to met with US delegation on Saturday and the foreign ministers of the G5+1 will join them on next Sunday and Monday. In Geneva, the Iranian delegation will also confer with deputy foreign ministers of G5+1 on continued nuclear talks.
