The Armenian military is accused of attempted murder in a criminal group

Baku, February 13, AzerTAc The Azerbaijani Military Prosecutor's Office filed a lawsuit under several articles of the Criminal Code of Azerbaijan against the Armenian soldier Arsen Bagdasaryan. As is stated, Bagdasarian was sent to Azerbaijan on December 26, 2014 as part of a subversive group to sabotage. However, Baghdasaryan was detained by the Azerbaijani military. It was established that he had served in the military unit number 49971 in the territory of Agdara region, where he was trained and was the commander of the reconnaissance.  He and members of his group received an order of murder and sabotage from the Command (investigation knows the name of him who gave an order.) In particular, the group was ordered to mine the place of movement of Azerbaijani soldiers. This task was performed, and on the way back the group was seen, Bagdasaryan was detained, and others managed to escape. Bagdasaryan is charged under five articles of the Criminal Code (attempt to murder in a criminal group, attempted sabotage, etc.) The Armenian side claimed that Bagdasaryan was dismissed from the army for systematic violations of the regime, and at the time of the captivity he did not serve in the army.
