Army organises activities on National Children’s Day 2018

BANGKOK, Jan 7 (TNA) - The Royal Thai Army (RTA) will organise several exciting activities at military camps nationwide to mark the National Children’s Day which falls on January 13. An RTA’s deputy spokeswoman, Colonel Sirichan Ngathong said in Bangkok, children are invited to view military armaments, including the latest VT-4 Chinese tank, procured by the RTA, at the King’s Guard’s 2nd Cavalry Division on Phaholyothin Road. Other activities include a demonstration of wound dressing, a military-trained dog show. They can also enjoy learning basic skills of horse riding. In the regions, fun-filled activities will be organized at Nakhon Ratchasima’s Suranari Camp, three army camps in Phitsanulok and Vajiravudh army camp in Nakhon Si Thammarat. (TNA)
