Artajasa To Launch IPO In 2018

JAKARTA, Jan 24 (Antara) - The Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) said PT Artajasa Pembayaran Elektronis (Artajasa) has submitted plan to launch initial public offering (IPO) this year. Artajasa which operates in electronic transaction service will offer around 20 percent of its shares to the public, BEI's director for corporate evaluation Samsul Hidayat said here on Tuesday. He said a consumer good company processing marine products, PT Kelola Mina Laut (KML),and a chemical processing company PT Tridomain Performance Materials also plan to launch IPO this year. KML plans to float 40 percent of its shares. So far this year a company PT LCK Global Kedaton Tbk already launched IPO floating 200 million of its shares at a price of Rp208 each. Earlier BEI chief executive Tito Sulistio said 35 companies are predicted to be listed on the domestic market this year or the same as the target in 2017.
