Azerbaijan, Norway discuss bilateral relations

Baku, February 11, AzerTAc Deputy Prime Minister of Azerbaijan, Deputy Chairman and Executive Secretary of the New Azerbaijan Party (YAP) Ali Ahmadov has met Ambassador of the Kingdom of Norway Bord Ivar Svendsen to discuss ways of developing relations between the two countries. Mr Ahmadov highlighted the political situation in Azerbaijan, and the history of YAP and its role in the country`s socio-political life. The Ambassador hailed Azerbaijan`s development in recent years as rapid. He praised social reforms in the country, saying the people`s living standard, including of refugees and internally displaced persons, has considerably improved.
