Azerbaijan registers 576 COVID-19 infections in 24 hours

Baku, March 12, AZERTAC 576 new cases of coronavirus infection have been recorded in Azerbaijan, while 217 patients have been recovered, the Task Force under the Cabinet of Ministers told AZERTAC. According to the Task Force, 6 persons have died after testing positive for COVID-19. “The overall confirmed cases in Azerbaijan have reached 238,959, with 230,461 recoveries and 3,268 deaths, while treatment of 5,230 others is underway. A total number of 2,690,711 coronavirus tests have been conducted in the country so far,” the Task Force added.
